Founded in 2024, DUX was born out of a pressing need for representation in youth law (DPJ). Since its inception, our mission has been clear: to defend the interests of children, families and those affected with rigor, empathy and accessibility.

Our areas of practice
Youth Protection (DYP)
We handle all cases related to youth protection: declarations of compromising behavior, provisional measures, placement upon reaching the age of majority, foster care, emergencies, adoption, guardianship, and child custody. Our experience in the Youth Protection Services (DPJ) allows us to offer effective and compassionate representation in sensitive family matters.
Mental health law
We also represent individuals with mental health issues, particularly in matters of institutional care, treatment and care orders, and before the Mental Health Review Board (MHRB). These often-overlooked procedures require in-depth knowledge and a respectful approach to human realities.
