Each consultation includes a one-hour video conference with a lawyer, as well as a preliminary review of the documents provided. Depending on your needs, additional services may be offered, such as drafting a demand letter, conducting legal research, or preparing a written legal opinion.
This service is designed for people who wish to obtain a one-off legal opinion and clear guidance, without representation before the Administrative Housing Tribunal.

The services offered aim to provide timely, clear, and structured legal support in housing law. Unless otherwise indicated, additional services are offered only after a prior legal consultation. All fees are extra and payable before the service is rendered.

Consultation ($250)
One-hour consultation via videoconference with a lawyer, including prior review of documents and analysis of the situation, rights and possible remedies.

Written legal opinion (+$200)
Drafting of a 2-3 page written legal opinion summarizing the applicable rules and available options. This service is available after an initial consultation ($250).

Draft formal notice (+$100)
Drafting of a personalized demand letter, given to the client for personal use and without the lawyer's signature. This service is available after an initial consultation ($250).

Court preparation (Price on request)
Extended consultation to prepare the client for a hearing (case analysis, possible questions, structure of evidence). This service is available after an initial consultation ($250).

Targeted case law research (+$150)
Research and transmission of up to three relevant decisions, accompanied by a short explanatory summary. This service is available after an initial consultation ($250).
