Érika began her articling at DUX law firm in May 2025, after completing her Bachelor of Laws at UQAM and her training at the École du Barreau. She also holds training in social work and a certificate in international cooperation from the Université de Montréal, which enriches her multidisciplinary and human approach.
Since 2022, Érika has been working alongside Me Anne-Sophie Dupuis, even before the founding of DUX law firm. She played an essential role providing legal support and managing administrative tasks such as invoicing and accounting, which allowed her to develop a global vision of the firm's operations.
Her involvement with the YWCA Legal Clinic and her experience in the community demonstrate her deep dedication to social causes and access to justice. Érika stands out for her versatility, organizational skills, and professionalism, as well as her attentive listening skills, sensitivity, and ability to build trust with clients.
She is undertaking this new step with determination, ready to use her skills and commitment to support children and families with rigor, empathy and authenticity.
